Vatican Museums' exit with the double spiral staircases. It's considered Michelangelo's design, the slope is very beautiful. The Vatican has authentic art even at the last exit way.To see the world's best collections, plenty of tourists from all over the world are making a long line every morning! However, the opening hours have been extended since 2008 and finally it can be seen also in the afternoon almost every day.
On the last Sunday of each month, the admission is free. However, a big congestion is expected...it would be better to avoid even if it's gratis.
Normal price is 15 euros, students can get the ticket only at 8 euros showing their student ID cards at the ticket office for students.
You can rent also an audio guide transceiver for additional fee. It's necessary to deposit your passport or other identification.
