Easter Holy Week is a week prior to the Easter. On Good Friday the parade will be held. Several liturgies, music concerts and theaters are organized.
International Antiques Fair

Around April 25 - May 4 It's one of the largest antique markets in Italy. About 100 antique art dealers come from all over Europe. Lots of furniture, paintings and ceramics will be exhibited. The town becomes crowded with Italian and foreign companies and private collectors.
Calendimaggio The first Thursday, Friday and Saturday after May 1 Most of the inhabitants of the town participate in this festival, which celebrates the coming of spring. The parade in the Medieval costumes, waving flags and theaters are held, at the end of the festival "Spring Madonna" will be selected.

Palio of Saint Rufinus

Thursday Friday & Saturday of the last week of August The town will become divided into three districts: Saint Francis, Saint Rufinus and Dive Maria. It's a Bow tournament in which representatives of these districts compete for the pennant (Palio) and their own honor.

March for peace

At the end of September or beginning of October The first event was held on Sunday, September 24 in 1961. It's a march for peace to appeal anti-violence. Now it's held at the end of September or beginning of October every two years. 24-kilometers march from Perugia to Assisi.

In the neighboring municipalities Living Nativity scene is realized as well. In the Franciscan church of Assisi there is also a big Christmas celebration.
