This is the most romantic way to get to Venice. As many people say "To the city of water, enter from the gulf", you can enjoy beautiful scenery on the water. Especially if you arrive at Venice in the evening, the beauty of the town will attract you totally.
From Venice Marco Polo Airport, it takes around 70 minutes and costs 12 euros by Alilaguna's ship. Port is situated near the exit of the airport. This ship passes the Murano Island, the Lido Island and arrives at the Giardinetto port, southwest part of Piazza San Marco, in the heart of Venice. It's a convenience transportation to who will stay on the island.
